Greatfull Logistics Supply Chain Limited ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information through the GreatfullDriver mobile application, the Greatfull HUB employee application, and the Report Center ERP system.

手機號碼、姓名、電郵地址、密碼（加密儲存）

Phone number, name, email address, password (encrypted)

位置資料 Location Data

裝置 GPS 位置（僅在使用智能排序功能時取得，不會持續追蹤）（僅 GreatfullDriver）

Device GPS location (only when using smart sorting, not continuously tracked) (GreatfullDriver only)

照片資料 Photo Data

交貨照片、門口照片、電話記錄截圖（用於簽收證明）

Delivery photos, door photos, call record screenshots (for delivery proof)

電子簽名 Digital Signature

客戶或收件人的手寫電子簽名（用於簽收確認）

Handwritten digital signature of the recipient (for delivery confirmation)

使用記錄 Usage Logs

操作記錄（領取、派送、簽收、致電、導航等操作的時間和詳情）

Activity logs (timestamps and details of claim, delivery, completion, calls, navigation, etc.)

員工反饋內容 Employee Feedback

意見反饋文字、訊息內容及自願上載的相片（Greatfull HUB）

Feedback text, message content, and voluntarily uploaded photos (Greatfull HUB)

3. 資料用途 How We Use Your Data

  • 管理送貨訂單和派送流程 / Managing delivery orders and dispatch workflows
  • 驗證送貨完成（簽收照片和簽名作為證明）/ Verifying delivery completion (photos and signatures as proof)
  • 優化派送路線（GPS 位置用於智能排序）/ Optimizing delivery routes (GPS for smart sorting)
  • 處理客戶投訴和糾紛（操作記錄用於追蹤和舉證）/ Handling complaints and disputes (activity logs for tracking)
  • 系統管理和安全維護 / System administration and security maintenance
  • 接收公司公告、提交工作表單及意見反饋（Greatfull HUB）/ Receiving announcements, submitting work forms and feedback (Greatfull HUB)

4. 儲存與安全 Storage & Security

所有資料儲存在 Supabase 雲端平台，採用行級安全（RLS）策略和 AES-256 加密保護。照片和簽名儲存在 Supabase Storage，並使用安全的 HTTPS 傳輸。密碼使用 bcrypt 單向加密，本公司無法讀取您的原始密碼。

All data is stored on the Supabase cloud platform, protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies and AES-256 encryption. Photos and signatures are stored in Supabase Storage with secure HTTPS transmission. Passwords are one-way encrypted using bcrypt — we cannot read your original password.

5. 第三方分享 Third-Party Sharing

本公司不會出售、交易或轉讓您的個人資料給第三方。我們僅在以下情況分享資料：

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. We only share data in the following circumstances:

  • 法律要求（法院命令或政府機構要求）/ Legal requirements (court orders or government requests)
  • 與 Google Maps API 進行地址地理編碼（僅傳送地址文字）/ Google Maps API for address geocoding (address text only)

根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，您有權：

  • 查閱本公司持有的您的個人資料 / Access your personal data held by us
  • 要求更正不準確的個人資料 / Request correction of inaccurate personal data

  • 撤回對資料處理的同意 / Withdraw consent for data processing

7. 相機權限 Camera Permission

GreatfullDriver App 及 Greatfull HUB App 需要使用裝置相機拍攝相片（Driver 用於交貨簽收證明，HUB 用於意見反饋附圖）。相機僅在您主動拍照時啟用，不會在背景運作或持續錄影。拍攝的照片會上傳至安全的雲端儲存空間。

The GreatfullDriver App and Greatfull HUB App require camera access to capture photos (Driver for proof of delivery, HUB for feedback attachments). The camera is only activated when you take a photo — it does not run in the background or record continuously. Captured photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage.
